'My 6 year old daughter suffers with anxiety and, as a result, sleep deprivation. Alison has worked with her twice a week for a few weeks to teach some mindfulness techniques that we are already seeing her start to use independently when she begins to feel anxious or worried. Alison made my daughter feel so comfortable and relaxed and the techniques are so age appropriate and manageable that we are able to continue them during the day and at bedtime with her. On the evenings that Alison has come to our house, my daughter has had the calmest and best night's sleep of the week.'
